Our valued client is seeking a Cloud Services Manager to provide ongoing sales and financial operations support for Azure and M related technologies!
Permanent full-time role in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate must be available to work in a hybrid on-site schedule in Toronto, ON (2 days / week in office).
As the successful candidate you will lead a financial operations team of cloud analysts and sales operations analysts providing support for a cloud services provider supporting clients who are leveraging Azure-related technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of new service offerings and training the team
- Serve as a champion for revenue and profitability growth.
- Be the SME : Keeping up to date with Microsoft offers and solutions
- Manage the team and ensuring effective delivery of operations, high quality and an excellent level of customer service
- Act as the primary escalation point for the cloud operation and support teams
- Contribute to Practice planning of KPIs, review profitability metrics, team efficiency and operations improvements
- Managing the cloud operations analyst team and ensuring that team members are effectively utilized
- Lead pre-sales initiatives, including client presentations and the development of pricing models, and creating cloud proposals
- Supervise the timely and accurate management of CRM including client follow-ups and sales pipeline
Must Have Skills :
- Demonstrated experience managing a cloud services, operations (techops / FinOps) , or support team
- Demonstrated experience with cloud cost management
- Experience in the creation and implementing operational procedures and continuous improvement activities is an asset
- Experience driving results using CRM or a pipeline / sales management tool
- Demonstrating a passion for Cloud technology / services, emerging or innovative technologies
Nice to Have Skills :
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner, and exposure to products such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft , Dynamics , or other cloud software vendors in one or more of the following areas : Cloud licensing, sales operations, or pre-sales
- Experience in the technology consulting field,cloud solutions provider(Microsoft CSP) , or similar
- Demonstrated experience managing a cloud services, sales, operations or support team
