Purpose :
Under the direction of the Concierge & Facilities Assistant, this position will provide a high level of customer service at the main Schulich School of Business and McEwen Concierge Desks to students, staff, guests and visitors, other members of the York community and the general public.
This position will offer directions, dispense general information about the building, its facilities, and special events, plus receive and return lost and found items.
