- Location : Oakville (5 days in office)
- Flexible hours : 8-4 pm, 8 : 30- 4 : 30 pm, 9-5 : 00 pm
- Start date : asap- January 2025 (possibility of extension or becoming a permanent role)
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service support to clients / visitors
- Manage the reception desk- inbound calls
- Greet visitors, assist visitors with logging in the portal system to enter into the building
- Assist with invoicing
- Assist with the mailroom documents (collecting envelopes etc.)
- Utilizing Microsoft (word / excel)
Qualifications
- Friendly, courteous, professional, team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in a client facing environment
- Experience providing exceptional customer service support on the phone and in person
- Reception experience
- Knowledge of utilizing Microsoft (word, excel)
