Responsibilities :

  • Tackle diverse challenges to gain insights intocustomer interactions with the companys products identifying keydrivers for increased adoption andengagement.
  • Utilize expertise in quantitativeanalysis data mining and machine learning to develop models thatguide product development strategic decisionmaking and roadmapprioritization.
  • Design and implement machinelearning pipelines to enhance the products evidencebaseddecisionmaking capabilities.
  • Collaborateclosely with senior leaders across Product Marketing Engineeringand Design teams to ensure datadriven decisions are made using themost impactful data science and analyticsmethodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership andmentorship to junior team members helping them deliver key machinelearningpowered features for the Digital CustomerPlatform.

MinimumQualifications :

  • MS or PhD in aquantitative discipline such as Mathematics Physical SciencesStatistics Computer Science or a relatedfield.
  • 5 years of industry experience with astrong passion for designing analyzing and deploying machinelearning solutions.
  • Expertise in Large LanguageModels ( LLMs ) including RAG and Generative AI as well as Natural LanguageProcessing( NLP ).
  • Experiencewith relational ( SQL ) and / or NoSQL databases.
  • Handson experiencewith big data technologies like Hadoop Spark and Hive .
  • Proficientin one or more programming languages such as Python Java or Scala .
  • Skilled inusing data science toolkits such as pandas Jupyter scikit learn and TensorFlow .
  • Familiaritywith machine learning techniques including classificationclustering regularization optimization and dimensionalityreduction.
  • Ability to write cleanwelldocumented scalable code with Python being the preferredlanguage.
  • Strong communication skills capableof translating complex technical concepts for nontechnicalaudiences and effectively presenting datainsights.
  • Experience with cloud platformsparticularly AWS .
  • Familiaritywith MLOps practices and optimizingmachine learning workflows inproduction.
  • Proven track record in leadingresearch that results in publishedwork.
