1 - Sr. B2B Marketing Specialist to support Capital Markets LOB of our banking client
Duration : 12 months
Working Location : DT Toronto Hybrid model, 2-3 days in office
Role Mandate : Candidate will be assigned a dedicated portfolio and become the point of contact and consultant to help these business segments achieve their marketing goals.
- This role provides advice and supports the marketing objectives of assigned business segments; maintains an understanding of the business / group to produce effective and integrated marketing solutions;
- creates, develops, and executes marketing plans that are consistent with brand standards and align to strategic objectives;
- develops communication plans and framework around content distribution, advertising, client events, webinars and, conferences;
and manages cross-functional relationships between the business groups and internal marketing functions to ensure alignment to central marketing processes, business objectives and competitive positioning.
Must-Have Skills :
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or a marketing environment preferably B2B , financial services, professional services, or public sector.
- Advanced experience in developing Marketing and Customer Communications plans, required.
Nice to Have Skills :
- Advertising and / or creative agency experience an asset.
- Experience in sustainability or emissions footprinting
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) :
- Developing Go-To-Market strategies to support clients in bank’s energy-transition portfolio
- Activating sponsorships, exhibiting at sponsorship events, and identifying keynote speakers for panel discussions,
- Assisting the Events and Conference team to facilitate bank’s lending conferences.
- Ad Hoc content creation writing email campaigns etc
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution.
- Conducts independent analysis and assessment to optimize campaigns or resolve strategic issues.
- Breaks down strategic problems, and data analyses to provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitors and tracks performance and address any issues.
- Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
- Coordinates budgets and reporting to track actual results vs budget.
- Integrates information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and / or streamlined reporting.
- Leads / participates in the design, implementation, and management of core business / group processes.
- Acts as the day-to-day contact for vendors; supports the implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of vendor solutions.
- Monitors progress against milestones, recommends and implements adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives.
- Oversees / coordinates the development and distribution of marketing solutions per assigned channels / media for campaigns, partnerships, and special events / conferences.
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal / external partners to include vendors and suppliers.
