An award-winning international industry leader is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team.

In this role you will play a key role in boosting business by reconnecting with past clients and identifying new opportunities.

You will be responsible for reviving and enhancing relationships with current accounts, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions.

This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with Clients : Re-establish and strengthen relationships with existing clients through calls, emails, and social media to encourage greater engagement with our offerings.
  • Client Needs Analysis : Assess the specific needs and preferences of each client to propose tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Prospect Database Management : Continuously expand and update your list of potential clients within your assigned region to build a robust prospect pipeline.
  • Sales Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to meet, and ideally surpass, sales targets and objectives.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Provide outstanding service throughout the sales process, ensuring clients have a positive and seamless experience.
  • Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and services relevant to our sector to communicate effectively with clients and prospects.

Qualifications :

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in inside sales with outbound calling to reconnect with existing clients with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills in French to support the Quebec market.
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience with ERP / CRM databases is an asset.
  • Employment stability is an important value for the organization.
  • Outgoing and self-motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
