- Assist the Project Management team in planning and coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for low to mid-rise residential building projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and timely achievement of milestones.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documents, including contracts and progress reports.
- Track project budgets and timelines to identify and address potential risks, ensuring successful and profitable project delivery.
- Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that construction meets all required standards and specifications.
- Assist in securing necessary permits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support the project closeout process, including final inspections, punch lists, and client turnover.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in an assistant project management or project coordination role.
- Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant construction laws and building codes, with a basic understanding of budget management, schedule management, and construction quality control processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
