Join my client's team as a Health, Safety, and Environment Manager and drive our commitment to creating a safe, sustainable workplace across North America! You’ll work closely with our corporate management team, leading HSE programs that make a true impact in Canada and the U.S.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental legislation at Canadian and U.S. facilities.
- Proactively monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary updates.
- Develop safety programs to reduce injury rates and support industrial hygiene.
- Coach and mentor teams on best practices, and represent management in JHSC.
- Oversee incident investigations, trend analysis, and risk mitigation planning.
- Manage all WSIB claims and coordinate appeal hearings.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Occupational Health and Safety.
- CRSP or CHSC certification is required.
- 7-10 years of health and safety leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Expert knowledge of Canadian health and safety legislation, with U.S. knowledge as a plus.
- Skilled in WSIB Claims Management and HSE program development.

Ce Que Vous Ferez
- Assurer la conformité avec la législation SHE au Canada et aux États-Unis.
- Suivre les changements réglementaires et mettre en œuvre les ajustements nécessaires.
- Élaborer des programmes de sécurité pour réduire les taux de blessure
- Encadrer les équipes en matière de pratiques SHE, et représenter la direction au CSS.
- Superviser les enquêtes sur les incidents, l’analyse de tendances, et la réduction des risques.
- Gérer toutes les réclamations de la WSIB et coordonner les appels.
Profil Recherché
- Diplôme en santé et sécurité au travail (préféré).
- Certification CRSP ou CHSC requise.
- 7-10 ans d'expérience en leadership SHE, idéalement en milieu manufacturier.
- Connaissance approfondie de la législation canadienne sur la santé et sécurité, connaissance des États-Unis en atout.
- Expérience en gestion de réclamations WSIB et développement de programmes SHE.
