Job Title : C++ Software Engineer
Job Description
Connectivity is driving a huge number of innovations to improve vehicle safety, efficiency, and rider experience. We are looking for energetic software engineers with genuine passion for developing robust and resilient in-vehicle networking software services and features for next-generation fully networked, cloud-connected vehicles.
You will develop in a fast-paced agile development environment with cross-functional global teams using state-of-the-art software development technologies.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and innovate software that facilitates Over-The-Air (OTA) software updates of Electronic Control Units (ECU) in the vehicle.
Hard Skills
- C++11 proficiency
- Ethernet / IP networking software development (programming Linux Networking Kernel and / or Networking Ethernet switch - Networking Kernel more important)
- Experience with Embedded Linux, QNX, or Android OS (Ideally Linux)
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Ottawa, Ontario.
Work Environment
Work on-site only - 5 days per week. Will be interacting with the hardware, so they need to be on-site 5 times per week.
