Requirements
- Minimumof 1 year experience in customer service or a related role withinthe events services industry.
- Excellent verbaland written communication skills inEnglish.
- Proficiency in customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
- Strong problemsolving skills and abilityto handle challenging customer interactions withprofessionalism.
