Tasks

  • Handleincoming customer inquiries via phone email and live chat ensuringprompt and accurate responses to enhance customersatisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records ofall customer interactions and transactions including details ofinquiries complaints and comments using the companys CRMsystem.
  • Collaborate with the sales and eventsteams to ensure customer requirements are met and provide updateson service delivery timelines and any potentialchanges.
  • Assist customers in navigating thecompany website providing guidance on service offerings and helpingthem with order placements ormodifications.
  • Provide feedback to managementon recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhanceoverall service quality and customerexperience.

Requirements

  • Minimumof 1 year experience in customer service or a related role withinthe events services industry.
  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills inEnglish.
  • Proficiency in customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and abilityto handle challenging customer interactions withprofessionalism.
  • Strong sense ofurgency
