Salary : $250 USD per successful client onboarding, with potential to earn over $4000+ USD per month

We are looking for motivated and professional Sales and Enrollment Coaches to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales and close deals to onboard clients successfully.
  • Deliver a positive onboarding experience for clients.
  • Facilitate client access to training and schedule their talent hiring interview calls.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and company teams.
  • Adhere to data protection regulations and uphold ethical standards.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, enrollment, or customer onboarding roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of hiring processes and client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and a results-oriented mindset.
