Responsibilities

Providesa comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis servicesfor clients with diverse business and technologicalneeds.

Interactswith the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in orderto understand their requirements through gathering documenting andanalyzing business needs andrequirements.

Preparesand advises on business analysis policies processes best practicesand standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent businessanalysis practice within theorganization.

GeneralSkills :

Leadsand conducts business analysis in order to assess client s businessproblems / opportunities and documents the business requirements insuch a way that I&IT solutions can bedetermined.

Appliesreengineering concepts to promote business improvements throughalternative and cost effective service deliveryapproaches

Leadsand conducts business analysis at varying levels of detailappropriate to the project and phases of project aligning with OPSUnified Project Management Methodology Enterprise Architecture andGating Process and OPS Standard Systems Development MethodologiesDevelops strategies prepares business cases and costbenefitanalysis and conducts feasibility studies for business I&ITinitiatives

Developssound processes for requirements gathering including but notlimited to JAD sessions interviews mockupsetc.

Conductsbusiness modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical datamodeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys;

business rules definition and nonfunctional requirementsdefinitions for assignedprojects

Monitorsprogress resolves problems and reports regularly to I&ITmanagement andstakeholders

Developsperformance measures and traceability matrices for businessanalysis evaluation and conductsfollowup

Experiencedeveloping strategies preparing business cases and costbenefitanalysis Experience conducting requirements gathering developingdocumentation including presentations and briefing notes andconducting stakeholderengagement

Experiencein the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools todocument conceptual requirements and scope Awareness of emergingI&IT trends and technologies Excellent analyticalproblemsolving and decisionmaking skills;

verbal and writtencommunication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills A teamplayer with a track record for meetingdeadlines

Knowledge and experience in preparing detailed analysis andrecommendations to ensure compliance with appropriate public sectorindustry and international standards on security privacy andaccessibility ( musthave)

Ability to assist with the security issues that could impactdeveloped frontend and integratedsystems

Experience in producing business and technical documentation andagreements

Experience with architectural framework system specifically ZachmanFramework(musthave)

Checkpoints TRA PIA Component architecture Design patterns( musthave )

Thorough experience with Logical and Physical Architectureartifacts ( musthave )

Experienceand knowledge on how to develop user stories based on engagementswith program areas and drafting acceptance test criteria fordevelopers and testers.

Ability to work with DevOps and agileconcepts. ( musthave )

TechnicalExperience

Knowledge of theory and principles of systems design anddevelopment programming concepts and languages and related methodstechniques practices andstandards

Indepth knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Standards and AODA Compliancylevels
