Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement mission-critical features and applications- Redefine and maintain the solution architecture- Optimize the behavior, security, and performance of existing features and applications- Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure secure, robust, and optimized solutions- Mentor junior team members- Provide regular feedback to enhance software, hardware, and organizational processes- Adopt and enforce industry best practices and standards- Perform technical and architectural analysis- Create and maintain technical documentation- Collaborate effectively with local and international teams.

Required Skills and Experience : - Leadership : Ability to influence and guide teams and the organization- Teamwork : Strong collaborative skills to achieve common goals effectivelyTechnical Expertise : - Proficiency in modern frameworks like Vue.

js, React, or Next.js- Expertise in TypeScript- Proven ability to convert designs from tools like Figma into functional web applications- Strong knowledge of CSS / SCSS, responsive web design, and component-based architecture- Experience with state management libraries (e.
