The Associate Sales Representative position is an entry level sales role. We are looking for strong minded individuals that have a desire to win, achieve their personal and financial goals and would like to advance into an Account Executive position within six to eighteen months based on achievement.
This is a 100% Commission Opportunity where we are providing the successful candidates with an inhouse training and development program, uncapped income opportunity, protected territory and a tremendous opportunity for advancement.
Successful candidates will be provided with a monthly draw against commissions.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle including but not limited to prospecting, responding to sales inquiries, negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
- Calling multiple levels of contacts at perspective customers to generate new sales opportunities.
- Introducing the full Grenville value proposition to position all available products and services.
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals based on client’s goals and requirements to secure net new business.
- Sell full line of Canon, HP, Konica Minolta and Lexmark printers and MFP’s to customers with less than two MFP’s.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Other duties as required.
Skills / Qualifications :
- A strong desire to win, achieve goals and to be rewarded based on results.
- 1-3 years in outside sales, customer service or retail sales industry.
- Ability to build complex solutions including equipment, services and financing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to vehicle.
