Position / Union Classification : CNC Machinist with Ticket (Red Seal is required)
Machine shop rotation is 1 week on day shift then 1 week afternoon shift.
Morning Shift is 7 am 3 : 15 pm
Afternoon is 3 pm 11 pm
Qualifications :
Employees who have served a recognized apprenticeship in the machinists’ trade and are able to, without supervision edit programs, set-up and operate CNC equipment to achieve desired results.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent mathematical skills including the ability to work with fractional measurements and decimals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
- Have completed a recognized apprenticeship in the machinist’s trade.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent and Machinist Ticket.
Wages
Probationary rate : $37.56 / hour
