We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.
What you will do
- Solving Client Challenges Effectively : Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that helps them reach true business value by working thru the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration, and product support with a sense of urgency.
- Agile Planning and Execution : Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
- Technical Solution Workshops : Conducting and participating in technical solution workshops.
- Building Effective Relationships : Developing successful relationships at all levels - from engineers to CxOs- with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach healthy resolutions.
- Self-Motivated Problem Solver : Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication : Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team.
What you bring to the role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to advocate for IAM solutions supporting workshops and trainings.
- Comfortable working in a project based / client serving model.
- Support and influence client expectations.
- Ability to work with global and diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in a matrix management model.
- The ability to travel and adapt to other cultures.
- Strong track record in building relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders
- A track record of successful consulting and supporting transformation projects in IAM
- Familiar about the IAM market, including technologies, vendors capabilities and concepts.
- Experience in performing and supporting projects in one or more IAM domains :
- Identity Governance and Administration.
- Authentication, Multifactor Authentication and Federation
- Privileged Access Management
- IAM for Cloud Infrastructures and / or DevOps
- Consumer IAM
- Familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements for IAM
- Technological certifications of leading IAM technologies, e.g. CyberArk, Savyint, IBM, Okta, Hashicorp
3+ years of experience in common authorization platforms (e.g. Azure AD, Active Directory, SAP, LDAP, RACF)
- Knowledge of authentication methods and technologies (e.g. MFA and adaptive / step- up / risk-based authentication, FIDO, X509, blockchain)
- Knowledge of Access Management capabilities in Cloud infrastructures, e.g. Azure AD, AWS and GCP
- An understanding of security technologies demonstrated by having one or more relevant security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, SABSA or other.
Additional preferences are :
- One or more relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, SABSA or other
- Familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements for IAM
- Any technical certifications of leading IAM technologies, e.g. CyberArk, Savyint, IBM, Okta, Hashicorp
- Knowledge of Global Catalog Services and integration for adjacent services such as Remote Monitoring, SIEM, SOC
- Knowledge of Access Management capabilities in Cloud infrastructures, e.g. Azure AD, AWS and GCP
