Position : Accounts Payable Manager

As the Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll lead, support and mentor the Accounts Payable Team. Maintaining and implementing best practices as they relate to the Accounts Payable function.

Your key responsibilities will be the following :
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice processing, documentation review, vendor statement reconciliation, and payment processing.
- Lead the Accounts Payable team, providing training, setting performance goals, and conducting evaluations.
- Oversee corporate purchasing credit card program via HSBC & Concur.
- Implement standard metrics and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
- Lead month-end close procedures, including transaction preparation and review.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to ensure accurate invoice payments.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment-related issues.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
To be successful you’ll need to have the following skills and abilities :
- 5 Years of accounting / finance experience required.
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience working with one of the Big4 is considered an asset.
- Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset.
- Excellent computer skills with intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOPUP, fundamental functions).
