The salary range for this position is $56,000.00 -$63,000.00 DOE
This is how you WOW :
- Work in Zendesk Platform to manage, process and close tickets created by customers
- Use SAP to process orders and extract relevant data for customers and management
- Create and deliver qualified leads for sales team to follow-up
- Record suggestions and complaints from customers and report them to Product Management &
- Marketing departments
- Participate in assigned training sessions and selected industry conferences
- Work in conjunction with the Product, Sales Marketing and Finance teams
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the operations team and the customer service strategy
- Be a member of the Kärcher Team
It would be WOW if you would bring this in :
- Post-secondary education from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of three years in a customer service role
- Demonstrated work experience in MS Office and CRM software
- Solid SAP experience with VA, VL, MD modules
- Knowledge of EDI transactions preferred
- Excellent English and French communication skills (bilingual written and verbal)
- Experience of having worked in an organization that sells technical industrial products to
- professional customer segments industry preferred (e.g. hospitality, retail, healthcare, public services, industry, agriculture)
