Role Overview : We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager Consultant to lead our team of sales professionals. This role is perfect for a seasoned leader with a passion for mentorship, a knack for developing sales strategies, and a commitment to achieving outstanding results.

As a Sales Manager Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities : - Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and achieve company goals.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth. - Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, focusing on skills enhancement and performance improvement.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with company objectives and drive business success. - Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For : - Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a passion for developing others. - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred;
