Role Overview : We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager Consultant to lead our team of sales professionals. This role is perfect for a seasoned leader with a passion for mentorship, a knack for developing sales strategies, and a commitment to achieving outstanding results.
As a Sales Manager Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities : - Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth. - Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, focusing on skills enhancement and performance improvement.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a passion for developing others. - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred;
