Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, this position is responsible for the receipt, documentation and distribution of merchandise while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment f or all team members.
Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
Key Accountabilities
- Receives product, compares to orders, enters into system
- Reports spillage, errors, short shipments, back orders, etc.
- Distributes product and documents in system
- Processes credits and returns, prints inventory reports
- Maintains basic equipment, reports inefficiencies
- Sets up and tears down special events
- May drive to other sites for deliveries
- May assist with head office and site moves
- Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
- Complies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Performs ot her duties as assigned or directed.
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of work experience; experience with pallet jacks and warehousing an asset
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
- Forklift Certificate an asset
- WHMIS
- Valid Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
- Can understand, speak and write English
- Basic computer skills

- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, driving, some exposure to heat and cold, dust, dirt, non-traditional work hours
