Our client, a leading-edge independent generalist health clinic, is looking to hire a medical receptionist for their downtown Montreal office (Vendôme metro station).

Advantages

  • 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m, two days a week within Thursday - Saturday
  • Work-life balance;

  • Salary range from $24 / hr to $27 / hr (depending on experience);

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone and e-mail;
  • Customer service (welcoming visitors);
  • Making appointments for doctors;
  • General admin support for doctors and clinic;
  • Mail and parcel management (as needed);
  • Archiving and filing;
  • Perform all other related tasks;

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years' experience as a medical secretary in a medical clinic;
  • Medical secretary diploma (an asset);
  • Organized, responsible, efficient, multitasking and meticulous;
  • Proactive;
  • High call and customer volume management;
  • Self-motivated
  • Empathy;
  • Bilingual in English and French;
  • Proficiency in Office Suite;
