Position Overview

This may be the perfect opportunity for you as our Conservation and Energy Management department is looking to hire a Program Specialist, focusing on Quality Assurance who will drive our conservation programs and nurture customer and contractor-centric experiences.
We want you to leverage customer insights, industry best practices and regulatory requirements to improve the reach and satisfaction with our programs.
In this role, you will :
- Identify barriers and implement contractor feedback to evolve our program processes.
- Collaborate with internal partners to craft bespoke solutions for our customers and contractors.
- Prepare business cases and reporting for new programs or modifications to existing programs including justification and cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Build relationships with partners, contractors and manufacturers to facilitate best practices within industry.
What it takes :
- A diploma in marketing, communications or a related discipline from a recognized program, plus a minimum of three (3) years of recent, related experience in program development.
- Demonstrated customer service approach and relationship building skills with program stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skillset.
- Ability to work independently and with partners in a fast-paced environment with complex processes.
- Confident analytical skills and able to confidently make decisions based on facts and data
- A 'get it done right' and 'can do' perspective that fosters strengthened relationships through every engagement.
In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
