Come and deploy the full potential of your abilities in our new team to help Ubisoft evolve its HR Business Intelligence practices.
In this critical position, you will enhance our approach to collecting, consolidating, modeling and presenting the HR data that our leaders need to make the best decisions.
Your first mandate will be to harmonize the visualization of HR data among studio MDs across North America, which you will do by creating alliances with the Finance BI, Production Intelligence and HR Business Partner teams.
You will also help our leaders to review the resource allocation process in our project-based industry context, in order to have the right people in the right places at the right time.
What you'll do
HR Business Intelligence
- Collaborate with top leaders to understand their business objectives, management challenges and help them identify the most relevant HR KPIs to inform their decisions.
- Have relevant dashboards developed by our in-house team, while ensuring the data presented coherently complements the dashboards presented by the BI Finance and Production Intelligence teams.
- Empower our leaders and their Talent Business Partners to understand the stories behind HR KPIs, fostering a culture of data literacy and strategic thinking.
Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with leaders from Talent, Finance & Production Intelligence to understanding the cycle of videogames production and to build a data framework that will allows workforce simulations and forecast in that context.
- Advise our top leaders on resource allocation and workforce planning during videogame production key meetings by bringing robust data and simulations.
- Help optimize the synergies between talent management programs (e.g., talent reviews, development programs, etc.) and workforce planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
What you'll bring
- Professional Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and workforce planning, preferably within 2500+ employees' company.
- Organizational Development : Ability to understand our top leaders needs and align with business objectives to deliver data visualisation, analysis and storytelling that will drive resource allocation, workforce planning and strategic decisions.
- Influence & Storytelling : Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations that support business objectives.
- Collaboration : Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SPSS and advanced Excel. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Bilinguism : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in French and English.
