As you step into your role as a part-time HVAC and Plumbing Dispatcher - Receptionist, each day unfolds with a blend of dynamic challenges and rewarding interactions.
You greet every incoming phone call with a friendly tone, transforming inquiries into opportunities while promptly addressing voicemails, emails, and messages from customers eager for your expertise.
As our customers' first point of contact, you skillfully book service appointments, ensuring each request is handled with precision and care.
You tackle collections on outstanding accounts receivable, turning potential stress into successful resolutions. Throughout the day, you engage in data entry and electronic filing, diligently maintaining the customer database and e-filing purchase orders, creating an organized and efficient workspace.
As you navigate the blend of administrative tasks and customer service, you embody the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating meaningful connections with every interaction.
Here's what you need to become our HVAC and Plumbing Dispatcher - Receptionist :
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and multi-task
- Experience with scheduling, field management, and Service Titan software is a plus!
