We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strong
organizational skills to join our a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Customer assistance and service (incoming phone calls and emails)
Parts order processing
Administrating online Parts store
Following up with the ecommerce departments
Customer dispute resolution
Return Goods Authorization / Machine Repair Tracking
Service Center liaison and follow-up
Shipping and logistics liaison
- Coordinate with the purchasing department, transportation, warehouse,orders
- Invoicing, quotes, inventory, creating contracts
- Prepare documents for shipping (label / pallet label,etc)
- You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to
meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English / French (spoken and written)
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers
- Data entry experience
