We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional for the full-time role of Security Operations Coordinator - Scheduler / Dispatcher .
This position will be responsible for managing all scheduling needs within the Operations Center, handling both administrative and operational tasks.
The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for security officers and supervisors on shift, ensuring a smooth operation across all assignments.
Responsibilities :
- Planning and scheduling static security officers for sites as required
- Assigning tasks to Field Support Supervisors
- Maintaining communication with supervisors, site managers, and security officers
- Responding to emergency calls and giving direction
- Professionally communicating with clients over the phone and / or via email as required, with respect scheduling needs
Qualifications :
- A Valid BC Security License
- High School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
- At least one year of experience in the security industry
- At least one year of experience in a scheduling or dispatching
- Experience in an administrative and data entry role is an asset
- Technical skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Windows Operating system, and the ability to type at least 70 WPM

Reporting Structure :
This position reports to the Operations Manager . In addition, the position will receive direction from other Senior Fusion Security Management from time to time.
Shift Structure :
- Full time : 40 hours per week
- Shift Model : 12-hour shifts, based on a 4 day on 3 day off schedule
- Availability : 7 days a week including weekends
- Location : Head Office in Burnaby
