Your new role
As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting this firm's busy litigation practice. You’ll work closely with Lawyers and Law Clerks handling administrative tasks, document management, and clientmunication.

What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of two years of experience :
You should have a solid background as a Legal Assistant, preferably in a litigation setting. Familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure and experience using Caselines is essential.
Attention to detail :
Accuracy and precision are critical in legal documentation. You’ll be responsible for drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal documents, so meticulous attention to detail is a must.
Strong organizational skills :
Managing multiple tasks and deadlines is part of the job. You’ll need to keep track of court filings, scheduling, and other administrative duties efficiently.
Excellentmunication :
Clear and effectivemunication is essential. You’ll interact with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members regularly.
Tech-savvy :
Proficiency in legal software and tools, including Caselines, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management systems.
