The Cowichan Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking nurse practitioner candidates to work with a team of practitioners and other health providers to collectively deliver care to patients at the Primary Care Network Centres / Clinics in Central Duncan.
In these clinical service contract positions, providers will work as part of an innovative clinic model, working collaboratively with an inter-disciplinary health care team to provide culturally safe primary care.
Acting as the most responsible primary care provider, providers are required to establish a minimum patient panel. After-hours care for patients may be required and the practitioner may participate in an after-hours call group, sharing after-hours coverage with other providers at the clinic.
