TextNow's Revenue Pod is launching Labs, a pioneering team dedicated to unlocking new revenue streams for our mobile app.

We're seeking a passionate, creative, and visionary Senior Product Manager / Leader to spearhead new monetization initiatives.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on autonomy, rapid innovation, and driving tangible business results.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of TextNow's new revenue streams and enhance the experience for millions of users while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

What You Will Own :

• Strategic Vision & Execution : Own and develop a clear Labs product strategy from conception to market. You'll have significant autonomy to set direction with direct influence on company-wide priorities, outcomes, and revenue growth.
• High-Performance Team Leadership : Build and mentor a cross-functional team of top performers. Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and results-driven environment where creativity and calculated risk-taking thrive.
• Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation : Lead an agile team in creating and testing innovative mobile app features at high speed.

You'll champion a culture of continuous experimentation, learning, and iteration.

• Innovation Pipeline : Create a robust process for ideation, prioritization, and development of new revenue-generating features that add customer value to our free service offering.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Own the outcomes, key metrics, and OKRs to measure success for Labs. Develop sophisticated experimentation frameworks to rapidly validate ideas and drive continuous improvement.
• Voice of the Customer : Become an expert in the needs of our users and partners. Advocate for a user-centric approach that solves pain points and drives engagement.

Be accountable for the quality of your product and its impact on user experience and app performance.

Executive Partnerships : Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate directly with C-level executives to drive clarity and alignment with our company strategy.

You'll have a visible and influential seat at the table shaping TextNow's future.

Who You Are :

• Seasoned Mobile Product Leader : 7+ years of experience including a record of accomplishment of launching innovative revenue-driving mobile user experiences at scale.
• Exceptional Communicator : Comfortable with ambiguity who can influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization (including Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Quality Assurance, Ad Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, User Research, Legal, Finance, and business development partners).
• Accept the Challenge : A positive, high-energy leader who instills a sense of urgency and excitement in their team.
• Experimentation Evangelist : A champion of prototyping and experimentation who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You foster an environment where creativity and calculated risk-taking are encouraged.
• Mobile Master : Deeply knowledgeable about mobile ecosystems, user engagement strategies, and monetization best practices.
• Full-Cycle Ownership : Proven ability to lead the product development lifecycle articulating what and why to your pod and stakeholders.

This includes from concept (briefs, wireframes, PRDs), through development (sprint planning / grooming, road mapping), to launch (Go-To-Market, A / B testing, rollouts), and integration into the core app.
