Role Overview

The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for property management and site expansion initiatives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and successful execution of growth projects.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple RV park properties to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage facility and grounds maintenance, including inspections and preventive measures.
  • Enforce safety and compliance protocols, ensuring adherence to local and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors to secure contracts, monitor performance, and manage relationships.
  • Enhance guest experience by maintaining property standards and addressing feedback proactively.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure operational efficiency.

Site Expansion & Development

  • Lead site expansion projects, including planning, budgeting, and supervising construction.
  • Manage water and sewage system upgrades to meet operational and environmental standards.
  • Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with zoning regulations.
  • Oversee construction teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate on phased expansion plans aligned with market demand and financial goals.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Support business development efforts, fostering relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for park enhancements and present tailored solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies to promote services and expand market reach.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 2+ years in operations and sales, preferably within RV parks, campgrounds, or hospitality settings.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in managing water and sewage systems; construction oversight experience is essential.
  • Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to handle complex operational challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to foster positive client relationships.
  • RV park management experience is a strong asset.
