Are you a Bilingual (English and French) professional in the GTA with a passion for customer service? Are you someone who enjoys working within a small team in a fast paced environment and having fun WHILE you work?

If you answered yes then we have the position for you!

We are currently looking for a Bilingual (English and French) candidate to join a great company in Mississauga to support their client base and sales team as a Bilingual Customer Service / Order Desk Professional! In this Bilingual position you'll be working out of the Mississauga branch off the 401 by Hurontario.

You must be highly motivated, organized and have great time management skills. You don't need industry experience, but if you're comfortable working in a more blue-collared environment, that would be an asset!

Responsibilities

  • managing a portfolio of approximately 7000 shared clients
  • keep up-to-date records of customer information- updating information and tracking activity in the CRM database.
  • act as ponint of contact fro clients and handle customer inquiries.
  • be a liaison for customers and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French is a must
  • go getter attitude
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • sales and call centre experience is an asset
  • exceptional verbal / written communication in both English and French
  • punctuality
  • organization and time management skills
  • proficiency in excel
