Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Technician for a leading enterprise technology provider for a permanent position.
This position will be located in Montreal QC. The candidate will be responsible for servicing a variety of payment systems including ATMs, self-checkout, POS systems, etc.
at applicable client locations. Daily tasks will involve performing customer installations, maintenance, and service calls for issues related to pin-pads, network faults, configuration, security, remote system access, printers etc.
They will be assigned a job through a ticketing system and must complete that action within a certain amount of time. This will involve travelling to 5-6 locations per day, which means you must have a full class valid driver's license.
The successful candidate should have experience as a field technician and be willing to work 40 / hrs a week and comfortable with shift work.
