Job Duties : Quickly and thoroughly learn marketing portfolio of clients. Deliver personalized product and service recommendations with the customer's wants and needs at the forefront Manage consumer and client relationships.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence Qualifications : 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment Timely and dependable;
