As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing orders, handling inquiries, and supporting our internal sales team.

Responsibilities
Your daily routine will include :
Demonstrate a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers.
Handle a large volume of incoming calls, faxes, and emails.
Enter orders, quotes, and customer returns with accuracy and efficiency.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Provide information on products and services and offer replacement products.
Identify customer part samples and provide detailed quotes.
Support the external sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and special projects.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Collaborate and work effectively with team members across all departments.
Continuously develop product knowledge through courses, seminars, and other resources.
Qualifications
Qualifications required for this position :
High school diploma or equivalent experience in customer service. Within an industrial environment is an asset.
Knowledge / experience with hydraulic and pneumatic seals an asset but not necessary.
Strong computer skills with a foundation in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with IFS
Excellent telephone skills and communication abilities.
Solid judgment as well as decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Order intake and coordination.
Summary
Mainly responsible for providing excellent customer service through responsiveness and a positive attitude, efficiently handling orders, quotes, and customer returns, ensuring the accuracy of your work, and maintaining exceptional communication.
Internal sales will provide information on products / services and strive to resolve any emerging issues that our client accounts might face with precision and efficiency.
