Acting under management, the Supervisor is responsible for supporting them in coaching and supervising staff in their performance and delegated tasks.

Main responsibilities :
- Ensure that the quality and atmosphere of the service period meets the standards established by the company and management.
- Manage workflow and ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assess daily performance through actions and observations and then provide coaching.
- Help identify opportunities for career advancement in others.
- Participate in the resolution of employee problems and conflicts.
- Ensure quality control. Standards, protocols and regulations are respected and followed.
- Communicate service-related organizational needs to ensure all employees are in the best position to succeed.
- Supervise and be a point of reference for employees. Provide advice, support and compassion.
- Intervene to help the management team when it's required.
- Manage the relationship between staff and the organization. Be a bridge between the team and management.
