Job Benefits : - Fixed Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, for optimal work-life balance. 40 hours per week.

  • Execute various administrative tasks with diligence.- Manage mail and postal services.- Process customer orders and keep lists and documents up to date.
  • Order necessary office supplies for the team's operations.- Enter data for accounts payable and match invoices with purchase orders.
  • Required Qualifications : - At least 1 year of experience in an office environment.- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel;

knowledge of SAP is a plus.- Excellent command of French (written and spoken).- Relevant training, such as a DEP in accounting or secretarial studies, is a strong asset.

Other Language Requirements : English- Level of Proficiency Required : Intermediate - Reasons for Language Requirement : For communication with clients outside of Quebec via email regarding their orders- Frequency of Use : Daily (for various tasks)Ready to take on the challenge and join the team?
