PSW

We are looking fairly promptly for Cantonese speaking PSW for a mid 60s couple. Female patient has well managed Parkinson’s disease and male patient has just begun cancer treatment.

Monday to Sunday support. First few weeks will be 16 to 18 hours per day, once condition stabilized, will scale down to 8 to 10 hours per day.

Possible 2 caregiver required to cover 7 days and morning & evening shifts.

What you’ll be doing :

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

What we’re looking for :

• Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a must.
