Parisella, Vincelli Associates Consulting Group (PVA) is made up of a dedicated and passionate group of professionals from a variety of professional disciplines.

Our mandate is to improve our Client's operational and financial performance through an integrated approach that includes :

  • Installation of a Management Operating System (MOS) in production, maintenance and warehouse
  • A Performance Management System built-in to the Operating Model
  • Continuous improvement processes built-in to the Operating Model
  • Extensive coaching, development and organizational alignment at all levels-from the executive management team to on-the-floor

We are currently seeking a highly driven Director Business Development (DBD) to add to our growing team. The high-level role and responsibilities of the DBD position are :

  • Secure introductory meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations
  • Work in close partnership with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development (VPBD)
  • Manage the VPBD's calendar
  • Update and maintain databases for your assigned scope
  • Conduct research on existing and new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience setting meetings with executives of large companies
  • Expertise in prospecting, cold calling and qualifying leads
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Experienced with sales databases
  • Tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with C-Level executives
  • Highly responsible and accountable
  • Very coachable
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Well organized and manages time efficiently
