PositionOverview : and nbsp;We are seeking ahighly skilled Test Lead with a strong focus on automation testingleadership and handson experience with key testing tools.

The idealcandidate will lead a team of 510 testers while performing handsontesting. This role involves designing and executing test strategiesexpanding automation coverage and ensuring efficient softwaretesting across variousprojects.

Responsibilities :

• Leadthe design and execution of test strategies plans scenarios andscripts.
• Coordinatetest strategies with project managers andstakeholders.
• Writeand review test strategies for projects and contribute toorganizational testingpolicies.
• Provideinsights on testing during project activities such as developmentand integrationtesting.
• Plan testsconsidering objectives risks and resources including selecting testapproaches estimating time and costs and defining test levels andcycles.
• Expand andnbsp; application automationcoverage and nbsp;and andnbsp; automate timeconsuming testingscenarios and nbsp;

to improve efficiencyand reduce manual effort.

• Overseetest specification preparation implementation andexecution.
• Monitor test results ensure exitcriteria are met and adapt plans based onprogress.
• Implement and monitor metrics fortesting progress and product quality.
• Developand contribute to test automation strategies and frameworkroadmaps.
• Select appropriate testing toolsorganize training for testers and manage testenvironments.
• Write test summary reports andpresent findings to stakeholders.
• Execute thefull software development lifecycle including designing coding andtesting.
• Lead and mentor the testing team toensure deadlines and quality standards aremet.

• Knowledge ofand nbsp; SQL and nbsp;anddatabase testing (SQL Server Oracle MSAccess).
• Handson experience indeveloping and maintaining automated testscripts.
• Functional and manual testingexperience for largescale enterprisesystems.
• Handson experience and nbsp;with testautomation tools like Selenium.
• Excellentcommunication collaboration and problemsolvingskills.
