Full job description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accounting Data Entry Clerk. This is a part-time position working in our corporate office in Toronto, ON.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and other financial documents.
- Organize and maintain financial records.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Quick Books experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.
Schedule :
- This is a part-time position.
- The hours are 25-30 per week.
- Monday to Friday
