Skills and Responsibilities :

• Good years of experience in Product Owner or product ownership or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product backlogs and driving project delivery in an agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Safe).
• Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and well
• structured product documentation.
• Superior time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant collaboration tools.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Employ effective validation techniques (e.g., documentation reviews, product demos) to ensure solution alignment with requirements.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog through iterative refinement sessions.
• Facilitate collaborative decision
• making, navigating competing priorities and trade
• offs.
• Provide ongoing support and clarification to development and testing teams.
• Assist with business testing activities (optional).
• Establish and continuously improve robust Business Analysis and Requirements Management processes.
• Integrate Agile delivery principles seamlessly within the team’s workflow.
• Maintain a holistic view of the product ecosystem, considering business objectives, needs, and plans.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and dependencies impacting delivery timelines.
• Conduct engaging customer show and tell sessions to showcase completed functionalities.
