By providing the majority of mechanical requirements in-house, including engineering, 3D-design, plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC, refrigeration, and controls, we are a ONE-STOP shop for any project.

We are looking for permanent full-time Plumbing Apprentices and Journeymen for high-rise residential projects in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, and New Westminster with more to come.

Competitive Wages and Career Growth Opportunities into Leadership Roles Duties will include : Installing piping for different systems (HRVS, ERVS, VRF, 4-pipe fan coils, 2-pipe fan coils, vertical heat pumps) Installing and layout of piping systems including piping for drainage, domestic water, stainless, and gas Installing all seismic for all piping and equipment Installing fixtures including rough-in components Hanging and installing all piping and equipment Reading and interpreting blueprints Locate and mark locations for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors Testing pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges Qualifications and Experience : Red Seal Certification in Plumbing considered an asset but not required Previous plumbing experience and / or transferable construction trade skills considered an asset Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.
