Position Summary
Our Cage Supervisors are the face of the Cage Team! Our team is growing, and we are looking for a detail oriented problem solver who loves interacting with guests, believing that their needs come second to none! Elements Casino Victoria is currently on the lookout for a Cage Supervisor to join our Cage team.

Key Accountabilities
- Distributing, verifying and reconciling floats
- Verifying or completing large cash transactions
- Verifying and processing machine fills, machine jackpots, cancelled credits as well as table fills and credits
- Completing all ATM procedures
- Servicing the NRT machine to fill the money and ensure terminal functionality
- Verifying and completing ticket redemptions, and approving cashier’s transactions
- Monitoring and reporting all discrepancies and suspicious cash activities
- Documenting and reconciling transactions and cash equivalents; providing reports
- Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Building working relationships with our internal and external guests
- Complying with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed.
- Ensuring front-line team members are reading and signing off on company memos.
Education and Qualifications
- Experience in high volume cash handling
- Experience in a guest facing role
- A vested interest in further developing managerial skills within GCC
- Strong communication and mathematical skills
- Possess a quick reaction time to respond, resolve or escalate cage issues when needed
- Knowledge and ability to monitor and report all discrepancies and suspicious cash / activities
- Manual dexterity and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Desire to deliver superior guest experiences
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Professional attitude and appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a criminal record and credit check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)
Work Environment Considerations
Regular casino and cage environment, standing or sitting for long periods of time, non-traditional work hours
