Responsibilities
- 策划并执行各类线下活动 如路演 商业展会 促销等 确保活动顺利进行并达到预期效果 包括活动预算管理 场地选择 供应商协调等
- 利用本地资源网络 包括供应商 合作伙伴 社区组织 媒体关系等 支持和丰富线下活动 提高曝光度和参与度 降低成本
- 策划各种营销活动 包括主题设计 目标设定 内容规划 宣传推广等 根据产品特点 目标受众和市场需求制定创意吸引人的方案 并有效执行以实现营销目标
- 负责数字平台上的营销活动 如社交媒体 搜索引擎 电子邮件等 增加品牌曝光度和用户互动
- 与客户 合作伙伴及媒体保持良好沟通 改进产品和服务 并与销售团队合作 提供市场支持材料 培训和促销活动 支持销售目标的达成
- 跟踪和分析营销活动的效果和ROI 及时调整策略并提供报告 为业务决策提供数据支持
Requirements
- 市场营销 传播学或相关专业本科及以上学历 深刻理解市场营销理论和方法
- 有小红书 社区运营 微信公众号 微信群等 TikTok Instagram等经验者优先
- 2年以上相关领域工作经验 包括市场调研 策划营销活动 数字营销等
- 具备组织和协调各类活动的能力 良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神
- 创造性思维和执行力 能独立策划并执行营销活动 提出创新性方案
- 熟悉数字营销技能 如社交媒体营销 搜索引擎优化 电子邮件营销等
- 具备数据分析能力 能独立收集 整理和分析市场数据 为营销决策提供支持
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
- 适应快节奏工作环境 处理多任务 能在压力下保持良好状态
