About theRole :
Ourclient is seeking a Scrum Master Service Provider to support theclient by creating the conditions for the team to frequentlydeliver highuser value / highquality products allow the team toselforganize remove impediments shield the team from outsidedistractions and continuously promote and support the team s use ofAgile and Scrum.
The Scrum Master Service Provider is to focus ondeveloping a new and innovative solution aggregating and displayingcompany information will be a facilitator who supports team membersin applying Agile practices processes and behaviors for executingeffectively and with quality;
raises the performance of deliveryteams through impediment management continuous improvement andceremony facilitation.
Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance andcontinuous improvement of Agile events and project / programmanagement practices.
Support the Product Owner to ensureteams actions are aligned with the Product goals vision androadmap.
Identify and action impediments thatinterfere with team progress and achievement of the team s goals(for example using burndown charts at standups reviewing OKRs(Objective and Key Results) on an ongoing basis identifying risksetc.).
Ability to implement navigatecommunicate and decipher trends using team metrics (e.g. throughputcycle time) DevOps / IT metrics along with barometer scores andprogress against OKRs
Clear obstacles in the team s path(for example dependencies on other teams) maintain a list of risksimpediments andimprovements.
Facilitate team events (planningsessions retrospectives midcycle reviews anddemos).
Organize the processes ofdecomposition and story / task estimation. Coordinate crossteamtechnologydependencies.
Coordinate interaction with otherteams and any other relevant product levelsynchronizations.
Support identification of tradeoffsbetween shortterm and longterm benefits to drive shared visionbetween the team and ProductOwner.
Identify ways to strengthen teamsunderstanding and adoption of Agile concepts andprinciples.
Foster a continuous learningenvironment helping teams to inspect and adapt. Role model andcoach Agile behaviors asneeded.
Create and maintain an atmosphere oftrust through facilitation of retrospectives and feedback exchangeamong team members.
Bring transparency to Business andIT organizations about team and Productdevelopment.
Bring an element of projectmanagement skills to the team to assist in planning largerinitiatives that require an organizedtimeline.
Requirements :
SpecificProject Requirements :
Completed an undergraduate Degree inComputer Science Business Administration or relatedfield.
Minimum 3 years experience inproject management program management or businessanalysis.
Minimum 3 years experience as adedicated ScrumMaster.
