YOUR CHALLENGE

Prepare the inspection, maintenance and installation mandates in collaboration with external customers and certified technicians.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the contact person between customer services and technicians on the road across Canada;
• Plan routes and working schedule while managing unforeseen events;
• Dispatch the routes between technicians to ensure uninterrupted and efficient service to our customers;
• Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers;

• Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers;
• Perform customer invoicing and complete the required mandate documents;
• Make quotes for workshop repairs;
• Take charge of projects and process optimization;
• Act as support for the branch manager (when applicable).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• DEC in logistics / transport management or operations management;
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Bilingual.
