YOUR CHALLENGE
Prepare the inspection, maintenance and installation mandates in collaboration with external customers and certified technicians.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the contact person between customer services and technicians on the road across Canada;
- Plan routes and working schedule while managing unforeseen events;
- Dispatch the routes between technicians to ensure uninterrupted and efficient service to our customers;
- Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers;

- Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers;
- Perform customer invoicing and complete the required mandate documents;
- Make quotes for workshop repairs;
- Take charge of projects and process optimization;
- Act as support for the branch manager (when applicable).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- DEC in logistics / transport management or operations management;
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Bilingual.
