Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
100% Commission Based, make fortune as per your schedule.
Duties :
- Conduct in-home assessments for energy rebates and HVAC equipment.
- Utilize expert knowledge to guide customers through energy-efficient solutions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, providing exceptional service.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in in-home sales. We can train freshers as well, who have strong desire to learn, earn & grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel within designated territories.
- HVAC knowledge is beneficial, but not required; training will be provided.

Compensation (s) :
100% Commission Based, HVAC has one of the fastest trun around commission structure. Commissions are paid bi-weekly and are 10%.
Education :
Secondary School (preferred)
Experience :
- Retail sales : 1 year (preferred)
- sales : 1 year (preferred)
Licence / Certification :
Driving Licence (required)
Work Location : On the road
