Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you'll be the face and voice of the organization. You'll ensure that our organization makes a good first impression, using your dynamic, welcoming personality and embodying our unique corporate culture.

Qualifications
- Five or more years' experience in a receptionist role
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
- Written and oral communication skills in English required to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, business partners and colleagues outside the province of Quebec.
- Strong command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to take on multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to produce and maintain reports and databases.
