Office ClerkSt. BenedictCOMP 3785848C.U.P.E. 2357 (10 month, Level 4) The Office Clerk supports the Principal and main Office Administrator at an Elementary School.
Under the direction of the Principal, the Office Clerk : provides secretarial and administrative services for the Principal and staff;
acts as a receptionist; maintains office records; orders school supplies; performs other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
- Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills : Secondary School Diploma; three years of related experience;
- proficiency in word processing and Google Workspace; previous experience with PowerSchool, Apply to Education (ATE), Bus Planner, student registration;
- excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; tact, diplomacy and discretion; ability to work independently. In addition, the following will be considered an asset : First Aid training;
Post secondary education. This is a permanent, full-time, ten (10) month position with an annual salary range of $43,388 $46,855.
A comprehensive employee benefits package is also provided. This position is dependent upon student enrollment and school locations are subject to change.
